Stravya International Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

✔ You must notify us of your return request within 2 days of receiving the package.
✔ All return shipments must reach us within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
✔ Shipping costs for return/exchange are borne by the customer.
✔ Returned products must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed

• With the two green cable ties intact on the weft

• Not damaged, permed, cut, bleached, or chemically treated

❌ Steamed curly textures, bleached colors, customized orders, and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

1. Notify us via email: tanori@stravyainternational.com or WhatsApp our Director Mr. Balu Raja Mahendra at +91 86086 00881 within 2 days of receiving the package.

2. Return the goods using postal services only (For USA – USPS).

3. On the airway bill / cover note, mention:

   • “Returned goods are defective, not usable, and are sent back to the manufacturer.”

   • Declare the value as USD 5 (regardless of original order value) to ensure smooth customs clearance.

4. Once the goods arrive at our factory and pass inspection, we will initiate your refund.

Refund Process

✔ Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned goods are inspected and approved.
✔ Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable.
✔ Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Important Notes

• Stravya International reserves the right to reject returns if products are found to be damaged, permed, cut, bleached, dyed, or worn. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

• We are not liable for damages or delays that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.
